Best of PSP: Graphics (as of 2011)

The PSP is a great system. It has a pretty awesome game library, it has an analog, a big screen, it can play movies, songs, but most importantly, the PSP excels most where the DS excels least: GRAPHICS.

I have suffered migraine due to the lame battery life.

Since some of you requested me to make a list of PSP games with the best graphics a freakin' 13 year old brat could ever imagine (while trolling away at anything other than the PSP), well, here it is.

The 3rd Birthday

Although this game falls short in the story department (it can be finished in several hours), it really excels in graphics. The in-game graphics and the CG cutscenes will WOW you.

Resistance: Retribution

The gameplay and the graphics are on par with each other. In other words, it's just a simply awesome game.

Monster Hunter Portable 3rd

Hunting dinosaur-sized monsters which look like dragons+dinosaurs and some of the best PSP graphics ever, making it one of the must haves for the PSP. Really.

God of War series

Since the PS2, the God of War series has been able to produce graphics nobody thought were possible. The same could be said for the two GOW released for PSP. It's just mind-boggling on how SONY was able to cram out these type of graphics from the PSP.

Final Fantasy Dissidia 012

I'm sure that every gamer has at least played a Final Fantasy game in his/her entire gaming life. And I'm sure that you'll at least be familiar with some (if not ALL) of the robust roster of this graphically awesome Final Fantasy game. In fact, it was the best game of 2012!

Final Fantasy VII - Crisis Core

One of the most memorable games on the PSP, not only because its stellar graphics, but also because its heart touching story. 

Final Fantasy Type-O

This game has not yet reached English territories yet, but from what I've seen, it's a really gorgeous game.
I do hope it comes to English territories faster than you can type O.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

Just like all the other Kingdom Hearts we've been familiar with, this game is simply awesome:

gameplay-wise, story-wise and being gorgeous at the same time.

   

Loco Roco 2

The sequel to Loco Roco, wtih its somewhat upgraded 'kiddish' graphics in this game, can really soothe even the hardest man's heart on earth due to its blob of cuteness.

Little Big Planet

It's kind of like Sony's Mario, which means insta-win.

Tekken 6

Undeniably one of the best looking fighting game that has ever existed on a PSP.

Soul Calibur IV

Soul Calibur IV is also one of those games that aren't just about pretty graphics, it works and controls just like any other Soul Calibur game you're definitely used to. Oh, and one more thing - it has KRATOS.

GT5

One of the best racing games, highly due it being very realistic and also because of its over-the-top graphics.
